Job Responsibilities:• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.• Verifying and validating customer’s information.• Provides accurate solutions to all customer’s needs that is within the pre-defined policies and scope as required for onboarding or compliance regulatory issue.• Responsible for end-to-end process of managing exceptions as per approved policy.• In depth understanding of Salesforce our management app used for validating documents/ Responding promptly to customer inquiries.• Communicating with customers through various channels.• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.• Making sure that the customer’s information is secured.
