I was raised with a strong work ethic from my Midwest upbringing, hard work is a reality and completing is its own reward...I also spent a portion of my youth in CA during the Tech boom, so I jumped into all things computer and program related at an early age.In my current life stage, I enjoy how my work involves data and the tools to tap that and tell meaningful stories to help internal peers and teams understand their business, with analysis to help them ID cause n effect, how to remedy, including process changes, staff training and refreshers.I lead a team of highly skilled and unique SME from all the verticals my team supports. We continually look for ways to improve our story telling, on the look out for ways to automate and streamline using the technology available to us, and providing AdHoc capability to address the evolution of not only the business but our userbase.It's a very fast paced, stress oriented environment, but my team and I thrive on bringing stability and reducing keystrokes to improve the entire workflow.We support 3 primary verticals today, Order Management, Field Services and Logistics, as our main Trident, but continually support others within the Org due to the SME strength of my team.
