Progressive experience as a Mechanical Engineer as an Indoor support with the sales team by getting the best price that will win the contract in a competitive bidding situation, while ensuring that the contract can be carried out profitably.Responsibilities included:• Study / Interpret, Compute and Design for Ventilation System Proposal• Prepare detailed estimation / quotation for different projects including but not limited multi-million-dollar construction projects.• Provide technical inputs and suggestions for cost reduction.• Interact with multiple organizations to review, discuss project scope, and estimate basis and responsible for decision making for all bids and proposals.• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.• Proactive interaction with the customer / contractor during the project estimation cycle for inputs, clarifications and information required to deliver quality estimate within timeline.• Prepare Technical Submittals for Ventilation Fans like Technical Data Sheets, Schematics, Schedule of Materials, etc. for the Project Approval• Study specifications and prepare compliance statement and list of deviations.• Sales Team Assistance – Processing of Customer LPO through SAP (Quotation – Sales Order – Purchase Requisition - Intercompany PO)• Prepare Operation & Maintenance Manual for the Supplied Fans of the Approved Projects.• Upgrade on changing developments in estimating advances by reviewing technical literature, contact with contractors, visits to construction locations and attending professional and technical meetings.

Perform maintenance work on a wide variety of machinery and equipment, including machine tools, conveyors, and other mechanical handling systems.Responsibilities included:• Carrying out maintenance on mechanical systems and equipment.• Performing periodic inspections on plant, machinery, and automated systems.• Designing and implementing cost-effective equipment modification for the improvement of safety and reliability.• Ensuring that machinery and equipment are kept in good working order and meets safety regulations.• Intervening immediately in the event of breakdowns, failures or malfunctions.• Discussing and solving complex problems with manufacturing departments, suppliers, and customers.• Checking repaired components and machinery to ensure normal functionality has been restored.• Documenting maintenance activities for progress and accomplishment in daily, weekly, and monthly updates as required by the management.

Estimation of direct cost of each item by analyzing the item to its basics (Material, Equipment, Manpower) all conforming with the project specifications & ensure pricing inputs are supported by the basis of Bill of Quantities.Responsibilities included:• Undertakes the preparation of Cost Estimate / Quotation related to electrical, protection control and communication works for projects and related facilities during planning stage up to bidding stage in accordance with approved conceptual design, plans and specifications.• Conducts project site inspection and gathering site-specific data, construction material prices and equipment rentals within the vicinity / locality of the proposed construction project.• Undertakes the preparation / validation of cost estimates requested that may be assigned by other functional groups such as requirements as per the specification.• Attends meetings and conferences relative to preparation of conceptual cost estimates.• Collaborate with operations staff and other estimators to ensure the general conditions and requirement items are appropriately captured in the estimate.

Monitoring the production operations and ensure that they deliver maximum quality in profitable manner, monitoring employees, organizing work flows and analyzing the efficiency of manufacturing processes.Responsibilities included:• Monitors daily productions and quality control performance records, identifying inefficiencies and taking responsive and corrective actions where necessary assisting in all aspects on the production.• Monitor the performance of team members to ensure all are contributing adequately and working safely.• Develop protocol to handle emergency situations that may arise throughout the work production line.• Ensure that the final product is made in accordance with the highest level of safety and efficiency and meets standards of quality.
