Working on the IT industry for 10 years, starting being hardware and software support on banking industry (BDO) as a IT consultant for almost 2years.Job Description: • Migrating XP and 2000 to window 7 Operating system • Over all technical assistance and windows7 migration in BDO Unibank Inc. • Install Standard and business Unit application after the migration of Operating System. • Consolidate all the serial, property no. workstation I.D of the user to verify if updated in the master list. • Run and schedule preventive maintenance on I.T. equipment in BDO Unibank Inc. • Recommend IT Equipment for disposal. • Provides immediate support in any computer/application issue to users.Being also IT Support Engineer in WishLand Software Technology Inc.Job Description:• Responds to request for technical assistance in person, via phone and electronically.• Troubleshoots and corrects hardware/software computer and systems errors.• Windows installation using WDS.• Maintaining software and hardware inventory.• Troubleshoots Application problem and giving the user a proper support needed.• Researches questions using available information resources.• Log, track and close tickets.• Stay current with system information, changes and update.• Performs other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor.And current Project Support Officer (PSO / Application Support) on WishLand Software Technology Inc.Job Description:• To be the first point of contact for issues reporting by internal users (e.g. Payment Ops, Customer Services, Administrators, etc.), or to originate issues arising from monitoring.• To isolate and detect the source of the application issue and take prescribe remedial actions where appropriate.• To manage the resolution of the issues reported, coordinating the efforts of the users and technical teams such as Infrastructure, Security, and Development.• Support scope includes:- Monitoring of the application services and their components for capacity, performance and availability, to detect issues, and to proactively address potential issues.-Deployment of subsystems configuration and database patches through Jenkins deployment system.- Monitoring database, servers and subsystems health (memory usage and CPU usage)- Checking the profit and loss of the company and partners through Back office system and in Database.- Whitelisting IPs and deleting w/ partners and customers.- Classifying of tickets or each concerned team and identifying its urgencies. -Answering questions from customers for their concern through chat.
