• Daily submission of accurate Operations Activity Report.• Proactive in identifying problems and finding resolution.• Execute Operations Plan and Workflow based on service role.• Ensure completeness of manpower requirements.• Oversee the daily operations of assigned account and visibility to Client and External Employees.• Considers issues and concerns with utmost urgency to resolve.• Work with immediate superior for scheduled Business reviews or Operations Meetings with the Client.• Manage the Performance Evaluation of External Employees.• Initially handles Employee Relations and Employee Welfare matters and escalations.• Coordination to external employees on updates and resolutions.• Provide excellent Employees Journey experience.• Assistance in completeness of employee documentation.• Build Client and Employee relations, and aim for Client and Employee satisfactions.
