John-Michael Zucco is a world-class hairstylist/educator with over 30 years of experience who has traveled the globe as a stylist, educator, and trainer of artistic teams. JMZ has worked with some of the industry’s most distinguished stylists throughout; Europe (France, Germany, UK, Iceland & Switzerland), Russia, Asia, Canada, and the Middle East….JMZ began his career at (world renowned) Pivot Point “Chicago" first as a student, then as an assistant to guest artists (visiting PPI from around the world) motivating JMZ to continue and receive an educator status, eventually becoming the Director of educational services, where he developed curriculums, lesson planning, hands-on workshops, human relations and traveled the globe as PPI’s ambassador to member schools, salons and seminars conducting lectures and hands-on workshops to thousands of participants over several years.A former Salon and Cosmetology school owner (in the Chicago area) JMZ has maintained a strong focus on precision hair sculpting with an eye for proportion, direction, and design. Also, specializing in chemical services; color techniques, adapting color to cut, dimensional color, as well as Keratin treatments and chemical straightening.
