Built out departments, teams, functions, and processes as the company shifted along lifecycle from start-up to $1.5B publicly traded company. Established processes and teams to handle significant growth, implemented software & systems, closed 20+ acquisitions and multiple integrations. Always willing to own and make difficult decisions and elevate sometimes contrarian thinking.Responsibilities & Contributions:•Strategy & Leadership - Helped launch our transformation in August 2019 - the immediate efforts were focused on stabilizing our business and financial performance to growth of >$50m in annual operating income. •M&A - Led underwriting efforts from pre-LOI to integration, including thesis & transaction rationale, risks & opportunities, due diligence, structuring, financial preparation & analysis, end-market evaluation, capex structuring & consolidated fleet implications, and synergy analysis.•Operations - Built the initial sensitivity model in response to a global pandemic and developed a trigger impact / action planning framework that resulted in clear understanding of potential impacts to our business and resulting actions we could take in response. Later, led the business sensitivity & risk analysis to frame the potential outcomes of the downside risk-adjusted scenarios. •Infrastructure Build-Out - M&A, Investor Relations, Treasury, & FP&A•Capital Markets & Business Development - Instrumental team member during separate IPO process & SPAC merger taking the company public via a $650m equity transaction.
