John is an experienced executive-level manager, specialising in process, project and relationship management. He adopts a partnering approach, working closely with clients to achieve their strategic objectives. He specialises in coordinating and organising activities and people to ensure that key outcomes are achieved. John has built extensive process improvement and project management experience in companies including Qenos (12 years), Orica (>5 years) and Lochard Energy. As a consultant, John has led numerous projects for clients delivering on time and with measurable objectives. For the past 8 years he has been working alongside his business partner Chris Harvey as a Director of Middleton Harvey.John is passionate about all types of sport, in particular basketball; having played and coached at an elite level.
