Working with clients to help them tranform their business by implementing a cutlure of Continuous Improvement with strategic leadership and bottom up improvement. Providing expertise within food, manfacturing and supply chain sectors.

Following some divine inspiration I have created my own consulting business with the ambition to nurture and encourage organisations to grow stronger. I am an expert in continuous improvement and have had many years of success implementing change in Manufacturing, Supermarket Supply, Retail and Charity sectors. My inner passion is to support churches and humanitarian organisations so the price offered to the charity sector is significantly reduced. Much of my commercial consultancy is done as an associate through top tier consulting firms although I do work directly with some clients too.

Being passionate about supporting charities and churches I have taken on a flexible part time role in a church I love, bringing my career experience to help achieve best practice. I am responsible for the day to day operations as well as projects to help drive the Lantern Church to be the best church it can be.

The Lantern Church is part of the Church of England and as such has periods in between vicar appointments (interregnums) lasting between 6-18 months. During these periods, leadership falls to the head trustees (Churchwardens). Being a Churchwarden, I therefore co-led the church which included managing paid staff and volunteers, chairing meetings and taking decisions to ensure the church ran correctly. The Lantern church has 5 staff and over 350 people attending each week. In order to do this role successfully I decided to take a short career break. I had been part of the leadership team for 10 years.

Member of the Board responsible for Production (Mill, Furniture Making, Electrical and Plumbing fitting, Caravan Build and Dispatch. Regal design and manufacture static caravan holiday homes to the UK premier Holiday Parks for both private sale and hire fleet.

Responsible for all operational aspects of the business including production (growing and packing), supply chain (purchasing, planning, warehouse) and maintenance. Double H is the UK's largest producer of household plants for supermarket retail (customers: Tesco, M&S, Sainsbury, Morrisons). Crops include orchids, begonias, chrysanthemums and poinsettias.

Promoted to Operations Manager and have added responsibility for Warehouse and Distribution, Planning and Engineering

Responsible for the day to day running of production of 3 closely situated facilities blending and fillling tea and coffee for various well know retailers including Tesco, Asda, Tea Direct, Redbush, Whittard, Harrods, Wedgwood to name but a few.

Responsible for production activities for all Ryvita Crispbread and Minis products.
