I have been assisting corporations to develop travel strategies that maximize rate of return on money spent on travel. These may include reworking travel policies, reviewing booking relations, consolidating booking options, among other techniques. I have been working with agencies to enhance the level of service provided to corporate clients, while maintaining or adding to the revenue stream by using a myriad of techniques. These techniques may include developing new strategies, training, new products, and other means of maximizing revenue, without costing the corporate clients.

I was responsible for developing strategies to strengthen our relationships with airline vendors to enhance service to our clients, and increasing revenues. I built and maintained our relationships with airlines while negotiating, implementing and managing our airline agreements.

My responsibilities include negotiating airline agreements, implementing and supporting said agreement. In addition, I review all international reservations to insure that they conform to our agreements. Additionally I work with the our employees and customers in order to insure that Christopherson Business Travel is meeting their needs.

Was the travel manager in all but name. Helped to devise, implement and enforce the travel policy. Was responsible for all car and hotel contracts.

Managed an office that did a mix of corporate and leisure, booked travel, consulted with clients.
