Baily Garner is a Modern Interdisciplinary Construction Consultancy providing professional services in Architecture and Design, Project Management Quantity Surveying, Cost and Risk Management, Building Surveying, Building Services and Environmental and Energy Assessment. We work in the Housing, Health, Education and Commercial Sectors in both New Build and Existing stockOur approach of Collaborative Innovation is reflected in our championing of Modern Methods of Construction ( MMC ), Building Information Management ( BIM ) and Retrofit to meet the sectors challenging Net Zero targets. We can deliver Practical and Value based solutions in everything we do and working with our Partners our projects have won numerous national awards. We speak at National and Regional conferences and deliver bespoke training and policies for our clients and support them through our social value bank.---I am passionate about what I do. I am proud of my experience of working with our social housing clients and their residents to improve the quality of their homes and to increase the supply of new high quality homes. I am motivated by being able to help improve peoples lives whilst at the same time playing a small part in helping to solve some of societies problems such as the ecological and climate emergency.I have the privilege to work with some great colleagues who share my passion and to be able to mentor and support our younger staff to improve their knowledge and expertise in developing their careers.---When I am not at work you will find me spending time with my family. I take great pleasure in seeing my son and daughter stretching their wings and preparing to fly off in very different directions. I particularly love spending time outside walking , gardening and cycling ( which I do quite a lot of ).
