The project included providing Real Property Planning and Analysis System (RPLANS) facility requirements edits to capture the actual training requirements at USMA.- USAG—Hawaii Planning & Programming Efforts, Schofield Barracks, Wheeler Army Airfield, HI | Master Planner responsible for the production of the Wheeler Army Airfield Flightline District ADP; Schofield Barracks Kolekole District ADP; Aviation Maintenance Facilities RAs; and DD Form 1391s for three hangar facilities, rotary wing apron, taxiways, helipads, and 25th Combat Aviation Brigade TEMF facilities. John facilitated planning charrettes and led all site planning efforts for ADPs, RAs, and DD Form 1391s.- Engineer Research and Development Center (EDRC) IDP and ADPs - Vicksburg, MS | Master Planner responsible for facilitation of planning charrette for an IDP and two ADPs for ERDC-Vicksburg. Working with Burns & McDonnell, John led the site analysis of existing conditions, framed developable areas, and produced ADP illustrative plans and regulating plans in accordance with UFC 2-100-01. - Letterkenny Army Depot Planning Support—ADP, Requirements Analyses, and Planning Charrettes to complete DD Form 1391s, Chambersburg, PA | Project Manager responsible for facilitating an ADP workshop and two planning charrettes to complete RAs and DD Forms 1391. Programming documentation focused on seven separate missions at LEAD within the Component Rebuild facility category code.

Conducted existing conditions analysis and developed innovative solutions to maximizing quality-of-life initiatives in a largely industrial built environment.· Rock Island Arsenal IDP -- Rock Island, Illinois | Team Leader developing Vision Plan, Area Development Plans, and Planning Standards for the RIA IDP. Responsibilities include identification of a planning vision and specific goals that support that vision; development of ADPs including detailed plans for redevelopment and reuse of the RIA historic district; Analyzing existing facilities, infrastructure, and other real property assets with projected needs to identify strengths and deficiencies.· Metroplex Plans for US Army Reserve Facilities Orlando, Atlanta, Washington DC and Baltimore | Lead Planner for analysis and mapping for various Metroplex regions. Helped compile, document, and analyze more than one milllion square feet of existing facility space utilization data; balance excesses and shortfalls against future requirements; assessed the sustainability of existing Army Reserve Training Centers; evaluated Army Reserve Centers according to AT/FP criteria, and prepared a regional Real Property Master Plan.
