Responsibilities included material procurement, creating an equipment storage database, production & installation tracking, subcontractor management, and finding creative solutions to a myriad of logistical challenges native to disaster relief. Eventually moved into the field to work side by side with craft employees, NYC public agencies and inspectors going door to door to assess damage and verify that those in need were safe and had heat, hot water and electricity.
