Estimate large commercial and multi family projects along with over seeing daily estimating department operations. Review estimates, proposals and supporting pre-construction documents at bid stage. Review contract documents along with creating budgets and assigning action plans to successfully complete large multi family and commercial construction projects. Receive client issued RFQ's, reviewed project specifications which included material types, fabrication procedures, scheduling guidelines, and terms and conditions reguarding the project for bidding. Review project drawings and come up with a material takeoff including procedures done inhouse and others that are to be subcontracted out. Develop subcontractor packages for scopes of work that are not handled by the company. Develop, with the assistance of design engineers fabrication procedures and sequences as well as guidelines in order to give an accurate cost to our clients. Develop a budgetary/cost system to secure contracts for the Oil and Energy industry. Develop systems for change orders and for extra work orders as well as changes in design to projects in house. Provide documentation and negotiate with clients in order to secure contracts and build relationships with these clients.

Conduct material takeoff for projects awarded to GMF. Meet deadlines based on contract specifications awarded to GMF in order to have material needed by certain deadlines. Followed company procedures in order to meet clients specifications and design.
