Managing a team of Emergency Medical Dispatchers and call takers in Texas' busiest communications center; using Pro QA medical triage software to provide medical care to emergency callers before EMS units arrived on scene, utilizing system status management to ensure coverage in all areas we serve, ensuring proper utilization of emergent and non-emergent resources, call escalation and diffusion techniques, extensive log-keeping to ensure accurate financial reports, scheduling and mentoring to communication center employees.
