Very successful restaurant owner for 23 years and was proud to have been purchased by a much larger Hospitality group. Self motivated with a realistic approach to business, quick thinking outside the box is my strong suit. The show must go on approach to operations and delivery to the customer is my main focus. 
In the foodservice business category, any one who doesn’t give guest anything but there best will be rewarded with instant failure , We have raised the bar for quality , service and reliable,

Worked with a team approach knowing my least staff member was our most valuable and all treated each other as part of that same team . 
Won many awards and accolades in our food and service but it was our Comunity service or local kids programs that we promoted and supported that made our mission valuable
