Throughout the year I coordinate and fundraise at various conventions across the country.The Brony Thank You Fund exists to promote and collect donations to worthy charitable organizations, especially those centered around children. We have supported causes as diverse as Engineers without Boards and The Marine Toys for Tots Campaign. In 2013, we endowed the Derpy Hooves Animation Scholarship at the California Institute of the Arts.Our 2014 & 2015 charitable partner is the Dana Farber Cancer Institute.

-Provide empathy to customers calling about iOS, MacOS and watch products-Probe, isolate and resolve issues ranging from very simple to very complex-knowledge of Windows OS with iOS products-Provide support to Tier One advisors-In the event Tier, One is unable to continue a call or a customer requests to speak to someone higher, take over the call for the customer and maintain ownership-For more complex issues, correlate with our site support engineers for potential solutions. In the event, a solution cannot be found, gather logs and additional information from customer devices to help Apple Engineering find a solution.-When customers have a complaint, act as the face of Apple and address the issue, and provide a solution.-Be up to date on the functions and potential issues for new/old products and operating systems, as well as Apple policies and procedures.-Monitor and maintain my own metrics such as average handle time for phone calls, customer satisfaction rating, and issue resolution.
