ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Oversee the repair and maintenance operation for all EODT React SUVs and Guard Buses • Prepare Fuel Analysis Weekly Reports. • Prepare Kilometre Analysis Weekly Reports and Kilometre Daily Reading Reports. • Counsel all drivers; develop/implement/monitor adherence to policies and procedures; answer telephonic and written correspondence• Coordinate vehicle concerns and issues with EODT PMO Abuja Office at the US Embassy.• Coordinate usage of vendor owned automated fuelling facilities. • Develop/run/analyze productivity and operational reports. • Research and develop specifications for vehicles, equipment, supplies and materials. • Plan/develop and execute a vehicle and equipment replacement schedule. • Determine the need and benefits of out-sourcing vehicle repairs or services. • Negotiate and establish repair cost or parts pricing with commercial vendors. • Maintain equipment records in accordance with federal, state and local laws, policy or regulation; inventory state inspection. • Review/process purchase requisitions for parts and supplies; review vendor bid responses for tools, equipment, parts and services; monitor expenditures. • Review financial/budget reports and prepare yearly operating budget. • Prepare annual bid list for parts and supplies. • Perform system backups; resolve operating errors and software related problems. • Prepare Serious Incidence Report (SIR) for accident vehicles and carry out accident scene inspections. • Carry out weekly Fleet inspection on all MP 1 – MP 13 SUVs and 6 Guard Buses • Interface with Lagos Office and HQ in US.• Perform related work as required.

Providing Meet and Greet Services for International Clients that have engaged the services of TigerSwan Company in Nigeria. To effectively build solid business relationships with Multinational Corporations, Company Employees, End Users and Local Security Vendors. Communicate in an accurate and timely fashion with all departments within TigerSwan as well as our International Clients and Local Clients. Coordinating travel objectives and plans, setting performance requirements, and selecting operation team members for every mission. Bringing about optimum utilization of resources- labor, materials and equipment, and ensuring contractual obligations are strictly adhered to and professionally executed to Clients satisfaction. Create the teams, develop the objectives/goals of each and assign individual responsibilities. Project accounting functions including managing the budget, tracking of team expenses and minimizing exposure and risk in the mission. Communicate effectively with the Local Vendor responsible for completing various phases of the operation. Co-ordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which include the Client, the Local Vendor, the Government Forces and TigerSwan Nigeria. Lead, Monitor, Supervise the progress of the mission activities on real time and receive periodic updates from the field team supervisor. Maintain strict adherence to the budgetary guidelines, quality and safety standards. Execute all actions with the highest ethical conduct and in the highest ethical manner and be above board and transparent with the company’s Directors and Leadership. Ensure Clients details are treated with the highest confidentiality. Marketing of all Company products and services. Serve as a key link between the Clients and HQ.
