Throughout most of my career I have been involved with managing various IT related programs and projects covering different aspects of the IT lifecycle. Over the years I have managed projects in software, hardware and data center operations and maintenance. In the past 15 years there has been a heavy focus on infrastructure (data center design, build and implementation). Throughout my career I have utilized various project management tools, running the gamut from Waterfall to Agile and, most recently, a hybrid method incorporating aspects of both methods.My focus has been on bringing together the various teams required to bring a data center up or to refresh existing facilities. In recent years I've worked for MSPs, migrating new customers into the cloud while assisting customers in downsizing their own Data Center footprint. I've been instrumental in the implementation of refresh cycles as well as proactive capacity planning and budgeting.
