Provided the Queensland Police Service and PSBA with ICT architecture and planning services (Sep 2014 - Aug 2015). I provided architectural oversight and technology planning capabilities to help establish their ICT Foundation and ICT Transformation program portfolios. These portfolios served the PSBA's Partner Agencies (QPS, QFES, QAS, PolAir, et al) during the establishment of and transition into, the PSBA. The engagement addressed several aspects of the planning, analysis and mobilisation for the ICT Foundation and ICT Transformation portfolios, including the development and documentation of architecture and design specifications and technology dependency mapping across the portfolios.Engagement with the Public Safety Business Agency (PSBA):Frontline Data Archiving Study (Jul 2014 - Sep 2014)The newly formed Public Safety Business Agency required advice and guidance on the accelerating growth of their unstructured data across the state. With Body Worn Video (BWV) cameras about to be rolled out to Police Officers across Queensland, the PSBA needed strategies and solutions to effectively manage, protect and make use of this data.I was retained by the PSBA in an advisory role, to assess the current state of data storage, protection and management within the South East region and to investigate, evaluate and present options for the centralised management, cataloguing, labelling and archival of this data.Engagement with the Queensland Police Service (QPS):Technology Refresh and Improvement Program - Lead Technical Consultant (Feb 2013-Jul 2014).I provided QPS with solution architecture capability.

Technical lead for Wintel, storage and virtualisation technologies across Chubb's European zone.I led a highly skilled London-based team, responsible for architecting Chubb's current and future server strategies and was the technical escalation point and mentor for my team and other senior members of IT.

I provided PremierIT business clients and prospects with technical advice and consultancy across several specialist technology domains, including IT transition planning, Wintel server strategy, Microsoft systems design and Disaster Recovery planning. The work was wide in scope and varied with some examples being:Datacentre design, formulation of virtualisation strategies, specifying and installing Storage Area Networks and IT systems consolidation.I also worked closely with the Sales Consultants in a Pre-Sales / technical advisory role, to assist with bids/tenders and client meetings.
