As a result of a re-structure within the group I was targeted on creating, implementing and managing a new division for our Support Services. This consisted of setting up a CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE of EXCELLENCE made up by 4 departments;, Centralised Transportation Department, On Site Maintenance, Delivery and Collections for Chemical Waste and the Tanker Department. Within this business line I managed circa 10,000 customers nationally and all the supporting staff involved in ensuring this project was successful.Key Achievements;• Developed a centralised call centre for all FM calls• Developed and introduced a new centralised transport planning department responsible for the planning of all deliveries and collections UK wide • Responsible for over 200 driver nationwide • Devised a new IT system to aid in all transport planning • Devised and developed a new IT system for the logging and planning of all onsite maintenance calls.o This enables the company to differentiate all calls into 3 main categories: Emergency, Urgent and Routine.• Implemented process driven technology to ensure all calls logged are dealt within the specified times agreed in all Service Level Agreements.• Developed Key Performance Indicators to show improved service quality to clients and times for onsite repairs that cut average times for service calls from 3 days to 24 hours.• Developed a PDA hand held system to be used with 70 service engineers. This allowed improved monitoring of these remote engineers through showing;o Time on and off siteso Immediate signature of all repairso All damages signed foro Enabled improved visibility of engineers whereaboutso Improved working time efficiency of engineerso Improved customer service as jobs could be resolved on same day

Regionally responsible for all operations within the UK’s largest portable accommodation group. Successfully managed, grew and maintained the business line over a 6 year period. Played a significant part in the growth of the company outside of my remit. Key Achievements;• Turnover growth from £16.6 million to £25.2 million between 2004 and 2007.• Turnover growth from £25.2 million to £31.56 million between 2007 and 2010 (a 25 % increase) • Growth and profit achieved during this time through organic and M & A’s.• Developed and Introduced Lean processes into all depots.• Managed up to 150 staff including;o 4 regional Managerso 16 Branch/depot Managerso 32 Account Mangerso HGV driverso Service Engineerso All staff across 20 depots throughout Scotland and England• Played a pivotal role in two major acquisitions during 2007; Wraith Accommodation and GE Capital Modular • Delivered specific projects advising of size of business to purchase in terms of locations, staff numbers unit numbers and involvement in due diligence.• At all times I ensured a seamless merge between both businesses so it caused the least disruption on the day-to-day business.• Post acquisition demonstrated major involvement in achieving synergy savings through merging staff and locations.•
