Within this business line I managed circa 10,000 customers nationally and all the supporting staff involved in ensuring this project was successful.Key Achievements;• Developed a centralised call centre for all FM calls• Developed and introduced a new centralised transport planning department responsible for the planning of all deliveries and collections UK wide • Responsible for over 200 driver nationwide • Devised a new IT system to aid in all transport planning • Devised and developed a new IT system for the logging and planning of all onsite maintenance calls.o This enables the company to differentiate all calls into 3 main categories: Emergency, Urgent and Routine.• Implemented process driven technology to ensure all calls logged are dealt within the specified times agreed in all Service Level Agreements.• Developed Key Performance Indicators to show improved service quality to clients and times for onsite repairs that cut average times for service calls from 3 days to 24 hours.• Developed a PDA hand held system to be used with 70 service engineers. This allowed improved monitoring of these remote engineers through showing;o Time on and off siteso Immediate signature of all repairso All damages signed foro Enabled improved visibility of engineers whereaboutso Improved working time efficiency of engineerso Improved customer service as jobs could be resolved on same day
