• Coordinating all elements of apprenticeship programs including submitting applications to secure government funding for the business, overseeing the work of trainers and assessors, maintaining optimum standards for the.
• Delivering ongoing coaching to managers to resolve any issues with students on the program
• Designing, supporting and developing the learning experience of the apprentices in order to achieve their professional qualification through classroom designed training, group outdoor activities and individual tuition.
• Partnering with line managers, trainers and students in order to gain the maximum learning experience for the students. Ensuring by the end of the programme they have the key skills to succeed in their roles.
• Driving and supporting managers to ensure regular 1:1 meetings, appraisals and feed back sessions are held in order to review the overall programme and learning experience.
