Senior Program Manager
CurrentTask Order Manager (Senior Program Manager) - Mission Training Complex Capabilities Support (MTCCS) for the III Armored Corps Area of Operations. Serves as the Task Order Manager (Senior Program Manager) for the U.S. Army’s III Armored Corps Area of Operation which includes the Fort Cavazos, TX Mission Training Complex (MTC) and four (4) additional MTCs at Fort Carson, CO; Fort Bliss; TX; Fort Sill, OK and Fort Riley, KS. - Leads a 200+ personnel multi-functional program involving distributed Joint and Army training simulations and exercises with an annual operating budget of $30M+. - Responsible for all aspects of the Task Order and associated deliverables, negotiating and approving changes with the customer, and the final authority for managing personnel, maintaining Profit and Loss statements, program quality control, and overall program team development. - Regularly interfaces with the Army Senior Leaders, Government MTC Directors, Contractor Officer Representatives, and Army Contracting Command – Orlando officials to ensure clear communications across the program effort. - Leads the GDIT Mission Command (MC) training team at the III Corps MTC Hub at Fort Cavazos, TX.
