I am a Human Resources Executive with extensive experience in all phases of Human Resources across a broad range of complex global organizations. I have worked in high growth companies and mature companies, in developed and emerging markets, and with highly skilled and less skilled workforces. In my two most recent positions, I served as Chief Human Resources Officer for Las Vegas Sands, the industry leader in the Integrated Resorts, and for Prologis, the largest worldwide industrial REIT. I was recruited specifically to build HR capability and lead HR at these companies. I served on the Executive Committees and worked directly with Board Compensation Committees on executive compensation and succession planning. I began my HR career as a Management Associate at Citibank, spent two years on international assignment in Africa, and subsequently held significant global HR roles in Corporate and Investment Banking. I was recruited by Barclays Global Investors to provide HR leadership for Asset Management globally.
