With a PhD in X-ray Astrophysics and a BSc Hons in Physics and Astrophysics, I have a passion for exploring the mysteries of the universe and sharing my knowledge and enthusiasm with students. As a Science Teacher at Ballarat Clarendon College, I design and deliver engaging and innovative lessons that foster curiosity, critical thinking, and collaboration among learners. I also leverage my experience as a former Head of Physics, Middle School Science, and Science, as well as a Co-Head of Digital Learning, to mentor and support other teachers in developing their pedagogical skills and integrating technology into their practice. My core competencies include teaching, teacher training, lesson planning, curriculum development, assessment, and digital learning. My mission is to inspire and empower students to pursue their interests and aspirations in science and beyond.
