Having previously been Ballymore’s former Head of International Sales, I am fortunate enough to have an innate understanding of the calibre of their developments and the expectations of customers all around the world. I have taken that knowledge forward to establish Johns&Co and those high standards are at the core of our business. Johns&Co is now The Ballymore Group's sole property management company and I lead a team that works with a wealth of investment clients around the world, managing their portfolios as well as providing an outstanding service to the tenants who occupy them. I personally advise our clients on all aspects of the purchase, lettings and management process. I liase with investors who benefit from our forward thinking approach to marketing; we start six months ahead of completion with a view to eradicating void periods between completion and occupation.
