I help executives develop leadership skills, grow professionally and create higher impact in their organizations. Outside of work you can find me focusing on fitness and well-being alternating between skiing, jogging, weight training, and racquet squash. Approaching forty years of married life, my wife and I have a large family with a growing number of grandkids.
