Facilities circa 300, 1,000+ Direct Labour Employees, and the management of Third Party suppliers responsible for processing 75% of the volume.• Developed the 3 Year strategy to deliver significant improvement in all aspects of Operations (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost & People), and standardized the Management Operating System to ensure the appropriate cadence of reviews and performance tracking was in place.• Delivered significant cost reduction through the integration of two business Operations, transitioned 25% of the existing volume from third party suppliers to be CHEP owned and managed, and transitioned 10% of the overall volume into capable third party operators.• Achieved improvements in other core metrics. A 40% - 50% reduction in the Brambles Injury Rate. In collaboration with planning and logistics, a 50% reduction in service failures was achieved, whilst maintaining consistent levels of quality.• Redesigned and executed a new Operations structure to provide an improved, leaner organization, and removed 30% of overhead costs, whilst enabling decision making to be more agile.

(Utilised for the Queensland floods).
