He has also served in claims, legal and underwriting management positions with Crum & Forster, Fireman's Fund and as a management consultant in litigation support with Laventhol & Horwath.John has authored several American Bar Association publications on crime insurance and has been a panelist and speaker at a number of insurance industry programs. He was also the featured speaker at the annual meeting of The Bar Association of England and Wales.
