I’m a Senior Voice Engineer with over 20 years of experience leading enterprise voice network design, implementation, and management. My technical expertise is in working with executive stakeholders to accurately capture design requirements and formulate designs for global enterprise telecommunications networks and applications using Cisco Voice, including IPT, Communications Manager (CUCM), and VoIP, versions 6.2.1 to 12.5.As a team leader, I lead with empathy, investing in relationships, mentoring to advance skills, and accelerating career pathways. I have formal experience as program lead mentoring designer trainees on skills and helping them prepare for Cisco Collaboration certifications.Previously, as a Cisco Voice Network Architect for BT, I rescued a $200M portfolio of global voice services that was fully at risk.Outside of work, I love soccer (AFC Wimbledon Football Club!), gardening, and my basset hounds. One of my biggest passion projects was working with a team to preserve a diesel locomotive. Leveraging my educational background as an electrical engineer, I rewired the locomotive.I’m currently seeking a Voice Architect or Technical Program Manager position with an American company with a great culture, offices around the US, and a mobile workforce. I welcome connection requests and DMs.
