John is a motivated, detail oriented builder with a specific focus on clean, detailed construction. John has 10 years of experience in construction in both site based and office based roles with a heavy emphasis on client and consultant interface. Whilst most of his experience has been in multi-storey, medium to high density residential construction and commercial construction, in 2017 John opened Core 1 Constructions to enable him to focus on luxury homes, high end renovations and residential new builds. John is passionate about quality control, effective design and the innovative use of space; all of which form the integral focus of his work both at JD Projects and Core 1.
