Duties and Responsibility: 1. Formulation of economic monitoring and statistical policies 2. Formulation of development strategies; 3. Identification, preparation and evaluation of development projects and programmes and monitoring of their implementation using County Integrated Monitoring and Evaluation System (CIMES) 4. Conducting feasibility studies, determining project viability and setting project priorities; 5. Collection, collation and analysis of data relating to production and marketing of agricultural/ industrial products; 6. Compiling reports on specific assignments; 7. Drawing up survey questions and setting up control procedures for receiving returns and taking the necessary actions; and 8. Initiation, implementation and appraisal of national, rural or urban development strategies and projects.

In liaison with CUFMCs, duties and responsibility were: 1. Issuing loan forms and assisting citizens to fill in loan applications. 2. Giving current loan status to Uwezo Fund beneficiaries. 3. Ensuring compliance of the completed loan forms from potential Uwezo Fund borrowers before linking to CUFMCs for processing. 4. Initiate loans for vetting and play an active role on loan recovery. 5. Develop a schedule of group meetings and attend meetings of groups which are not servicing their loans. 6. Filling Constituency loan status report on monthly basis 7. Registration of groups that require standardization of their products with Kenya National Bureau of Statistics (KNBS) for submission to the board 8. Develop loans aging analysis and share with the CUFMCs Secretary for onwards submission to the board. 9. Assist groups in proposal writing in order to apply for Uwezo fund

Duties: 1. Departmental visits and compiling of projects reports 2. Site visit for projects inspection and compilation of monitoring and evaluation reports 3. Compiling programmes and project reports 4. Publish annual citizens score card and dissemination of the scorecard to the members of the public 5. Conduct citizen’s satisfaction surveys through citizen wards meeting and compile reports

Duties:1. Registered the student into The National Education Management Information System (NEMIS) and kept their records updated in the NEMIS2. Performing accounting and clerical functions.3. Record schools’ transactions and key daily worksheet to the general ledger system 4. Matching invoices to work order5. Filling and tallying deposits6. Utilizing computer system to run databases, pay bills and order supplies.
