CurrentMy practice is concentrated on intellectual property procurement, protection, enforcement, licensing and infringement analysis. I have prepared and prosecuted patent applications on a wide variety of subjects including the following: medical/surgical devices; software and business methods; paper processes; chemical processes; consumer products; pumps and motors; automotive components; printer equipment; et al. I have experience handling trademark infringement matters including Lanham Act, Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy and Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act actions. I am registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. I am admitted to practice in the State of Ohio, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
