Key Outcomes;Effectively line manage team performance, deliver improvement to the Customer Journey measured through CSAT scores and performance ratings of team members.Identify opportunities to improve working practices and cross functional relationships, collaborating with internal stakeholders.Continuously monitor and review SLA’s in line with operational needs to minimize dead time and maximize productivity.
