- Develop a robust financial infrastructure, capable of providing timely and accurate management information- P&L accounts, tax, complex intercompany arrangements, cash flows andmacroeconomic analysis.- Continually develop the financial operations and play a commercial role in profit improvement- Work closely with CEO to report to investors and banks.- Operations- Having an awareness of day to day operations, and having the ability to identify and fix problem areas.- Driving day to day efficiency.- Make lateral commercial decisions quickly and under pressure on day to day operations.- Work closely with fellow directors to contribute to the strategic decision making and future direction of company, and playing a crucial role in the future expansion of the organisation

- Responsibility for management/monitoring of finances (revenue, costs etc.)- Achieve overall business goals and sales objectives for the business unit vertical- Provide direction and leadership to the team to ensure the achievement of business goals. - Provide Accurate and Timely Sales Forecasting and Planning Processes- Protect and enhance client and other external relationships which are critical to the success of the organisation - Ensure that clients have a smooth and harmonious experience of the sales process
