• Providing consistent employee advice in line with company policies and procedures.• Providing coaching and guidance to managers to assist them with challenging people related issues, including, performance management, sickness absence, investigations, disciplinary meetings and grievances.• Responsible for TUPE transfer of employees, both pre and post transfer, ensuring all necessary documentation is correctly completed.• Identifying of attrition factors, and solutions to improve employee retention and engagement.• Development and review of existing HR policies to ensure compliance with current legislation.• The first point of contact for all resourcing activity, through candidate attraction, engagement, recruitment, selection, contract issue and induction.• Manage all administrative processes linked to the on and off boarding of employees.• Support and co-ordinating training and inductions for all employees.• Running all reports for the HR business, and collation and analysing of all monthly HR statistics.• Supporting all Maternity, Paternity and leave of absence requests in conjunction with managers and payroll.

• Providing general HR support and guidance to the Senior Management Team, including sickness/ absence, monitoring and reduction, and the processing of overtime, bonus and callout payments.• Ensuring all employees are compliant with Occupational Health legislation.• Organising all mandatory training and the collation and reporting of training statistics, including training needs analysis.• Co-ordinating, arranging and delivering the induction process for all new employees and the reciprocal leaving process for all employees leaving the company.• Building good working relationship with stakeholders in breaking barriers and closing bridges.
