Part of this is the rostering solution for improving the payroll system outcomes and ensuring compliance with awards in the rosters. It is part of their total work force management strategy.Project Implementation Manager (Contract)• Worked on the implementation of the Integrated Workforce Management solution program as the Project Implementation manager for local HHS’s.• Successfully completed the HHS Local start up for the implementation at Metro North and hand over to new Project Manager.• Built the project team made up of Change leads, Change Specialists, Business Analysts, SMEs and Trainers establishing a good culture of collaboration and cooperation within the team.• Preparing a Business Implementation Plan for the project and multiply governance products required through the various phases of the implementation.• Collaborated with Central Stream Leads, the PMO and Project Directors.• Identified numerous opportunities for the PMO to improve processes and standardise on products and processes.• Lead the West Moreton Implementation and have successfully completed the Local Start up even though the State-wide Prep team were 4 weeks behind with their deliverables.
