With over 11 years of experience in the health sector, I am a passionate and dedicated Clinical Care Expert at Breath of Heaven Children's Ministries - Hope Clinic, a non-profit organization that provides holistic health care to vulnerable children and families in Zambia. My mission is to improve the quality and access to HIV/TB prevention, treatment, and care services, especially for key and marginalized populations, through evidence-based interventions, data-driven decision making, and continuous quality improvement.As a Clinical Care Expert, I work with a multidisciplinary team of health care workers, data clerks, and community-based volunteers to develop and implement HIV/TB care and treatment plans, provide onsite technical support and mentorship, and participate in data and performance reviews. I have extensive knowledge and skills in HIV/TB clinical management, PEPFAR indicators and reporting tools, Ministry of Health guidelines and service delivery models, and quality assurance and improvement projects. I have also coordinated and supervised TB/HIV and VMMC programs at different levels of care, and collaborated with various stakeholders, including USAID/JSI-SAFE, to enhance the capacity and performance of health facilities and staff. I am committed to advancing the health and well-being of the communities I serve, and to contributing to the global efforts to end the HIV/TB epidemics.
