This starts with data analysis, followed by working within a collaborative, group setting and with a team mentality to fully understand the problem before using the many tools and techniques I’ve obtained through a completed Improvement Technician Apprenticeship (Distinction).In the simplest terms, I work with all company stakeholders to document business processes, find pain points for both internal and external customers and improve their experience, process lead time, quality of output as well as strengthen compliance.

This involves completing periodic Quality Review Meetings with each office to discuss all aspects of the QMS locally, from improvements and complaints to preventive action and follow up on any non-conformances. • Conduct monthly New, Existing Contractor and End of Contract Satisfaction Surveys as well as bi-annual Client Satisfaction Surveys. Assist with the production of the Survey Satisfaction presentations and communicate them to all global offices.• Escalate survey comments highlighting any concerns with service that the local office need to address immediately. Monitor and follow up of the concerns are actioned and recorded. • Maintaining Quality System Global Registers – Complaints, Documents/Records, Audits Log, and Observations Log etc. as per per the ISO standard.• Keeping abreast of changes to legislation that may affect the QMS.Achievements• Following an audit identifying a non-conformance, I created and implemented a new annual supplier review process to assist with the evaluation of the Company’s existing suppliers regarding satisfaction of service provided. • Improved transparency of raw survey satisfaction data and involvement of employees by initiating monthly department inclusive group discussions throughout offices which are recorded and discussed in quarterly QRMs.
