To manage a standardised approach to documenting business-wide processes and systems ensuring these are; consistent, reviewed to find business improvements and efficiencies, stored and communicated effectively.To oversee documentation development and administer and manage document reviews to ensure policies, processes and associated documents are kept up-to-date and accessible on all internal and external systems.Lead on business improvements using a range of Lean Six Sigma methodology to identify, analyse, test, audit and implement business improvements and efficiencies to support all IMI stakeholders as well as validating business improvement suggestions from around the business.

Designing and project managing the implementation of a company-wide document management system with the long-term plan of implementing a quality management system using ISO9001: 2015 as a benchmark. Current tasks include, but not limited to: • Train and guide a project team of quality representatives (QRs) to begin documenting departmental procedures as per the designed DMS structure.• Maintain appropriate document templates, guidance and training material to ensure a consistent approach.• Coordinate the identification of areas for improvement through a range of methods including internal auditing to utilisation of customer feedback.• Lead on and work with key subject matter experts, HoDs, QRs to facilitate the development of IMI documented information and process improvement. • Agree final versions with the appropriate owner and support with the dissemination of new procedures and documentation across the company.• Monitor and update external guidance documentation provided by IMI, including the centre operating manual, to ensure accuracy and consistency of information.• Ensure information is uploaded to the website, appropriate internal or external systems and accessible to all stakeholders in a consistent manner.

Promoted to oversee the entire Company's Quality Management System and transition from ISO 9001 2008 to new 2015 standard. Since the recent Company merge, I have been co-ordinating the implementation of the QMS across the whole business.My previous role duties have also been a continuation into my new role.

Based within the Quality Department as part of the Global Operations Team. Maintained the Company’s QMS certification as per ISO9001: 2008 standard. Main responsibilities:• Conducting monthly internal QMS procedural audits on the global offices as per the internal audit schedule. Produce audit reports for the appropriate process owner outlining the findings within the audit and suggestions for improvement for each office. • Non-conformances found through audits are followed up and Root Cause and Corrective Action is identified. Measurement of Effectiveness is assessed and recorded. • Supervising the 12 local Quality Representatives on their QMS duties. This involves completing periodic Quality Review Meetings with each office to discuss all aspects of the QMS locally, from improvements and complaints to preventive action and follow up on any non-conformances. • Conduct monthly New, Existing Contractor and End of Contract Satisfaction Surveys as well as bi-annual Client Satisfaction Surveys. Assist with the production of the Survey Satisfaction presentations and communicate them to all global offices.• Escalate survey comments highlighting any concerns with service that the local office need to address immediately. Monitor and follow up of the concerns are actioned and recorded. • Maintaining Quality System Global Registers – Complaints, Documents/Records, Audits Log, and Observations Log etc. as per per the ISO standard.• Keeping abreast of changes to legislation that may affect the QMS.Achievements• Following an audit identifying a non-conformance, I created and implemented a new annual supplier review process to assist with the evaluation of the Company’s existing suppliers regarding satisfaction of service provided. • Improved transparency of raw survey satisfaction data and involvement of employees by initiating monthly department inclusive group discussions throughout offices which are recorded and discussed in quarterly QRMs.
