Duties and Responsibilities• Tax compliance: Ensure adherence to all tax, regulations and requirements set by the Government thorough preparation and filing of accurate, timely tax returns including VAT, income Tax, Withholding Tax and other statutory obligations.• Management Reports: Review and prepare reports that the management in decision making.• Accounts Payable and Receivables: Responsible for managing client billing, intercompany recharges, and payment processing in Accounts Payable and Receivable. Responding to client inquiries and monitoring the status of payables and receivables.• Cash Management: Strategic handling and optimization of a company's cash flows to ensure liquidity, efficient use of funds, and overall financial stability. Cash forecasting and position, Cash collection and flow monitoring.• Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that may impact an organization's objectives, projects, operations, or assets. Improving the company’s resilience to external challenges and capitalize on opportunities.• Financial Processes: Improving company’s procedures and workflow to enhance efficiency and performance. Continuous evaluation and refinement of processes are essential to maintaining competitiveness and agility in today's dynamic business environment.• Internal Controls: Implementing internal controls and procedures to safeguard assets, prevent fraud, and ensure accuracy and reliability of financial information.• Completeness of Information or Data: Verifying all data points, documents and records for critical decision making, regulatory compliance and effective business operations.
