I am a technical leader and senior advisor and the Air Force Test Center Wright-Patterson AFB Test Representative/Sr RDT&E Advisor. I have 40+ years of knowledge, skills, and experience in aerospace survivability and landing gear system research, development, test and evaluation. I provide senior technical guidance and advice on aerospace RDT&E including Title 10 USC Sections 4172/4252/4253 aerospace survivability, weapons lethality for major acquisition programs: Armed Overwatch (OA-1K), B-21, E-7A, EA-37B, F-15EX, F-22, F-35A/B/C, HH-60W JGII, KC-135 Tanker Recapitalization, KC-46A, LGM-35A, MH-139A, NGAD, Next Generation Aerial Refueling System (NGAS), SAOC (E-4B Rep), VC-25B.I am an AFTC Digital Transformation/Digital Materiel Management strategy and implementation ongoing contributor. I co-planned/executed the first AFTC-hosted USAF T&E Enterprise digital engineering summit in 2022. I have DoD acquisition Practitioner Engineering & Technical Management, Test & Evaluation certifications; and DAU Digital Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Risk Management credentials.
