I am a highly motivated, reliable, team-oriented manager who is seeking a career where I may better employ both my college education and my work experience. A 2016 Old Dominion graduate, holding a B.A. in History, I studied a broad array of historical topics, ranging from early civilization, to military history and technology. Outgoing and professional, with communications and problem solving skills from years in retail, I currently manage a General Nutrition Centers, Inc (GNC) store in Newport News, Virginia. My focus is on creating very real, relationship based selling, with a strong proficiency in nutritional supplements and their applications for a waide array of health concerns. Current passion in work is aiding customers in weight loss and stress management programs, along with minor coaching and guidance, nutritional advice, and when necessary, supplement regimens.From 2008 to 2016, I volunteered at the Virginia War Museum, Newport News, VA where I contributed to exhibit building and artifact accession, photographing and cataloging items to be converted to the new digital archives for the museum. Also helped to convert the museum library to the Library of Congress Classification System (LCC).
