Plan, implement, manage and drive workplace health and wellbeing culture. Ensure that workplace health and safety, workers compensation and injury management requirements are carried out in accordance with GEO's strategic and legislative requirements.Facilitate, coordinate and manage successful return to work of injured workers

To ensure an effective safety management system for all employees,contractors and visitors who work or visit the mine. Monitor ,manage and review the site SHMS to ensure it is adequate and effective, ensure risk management practices and elements are understood,managed and applied by all employees, contractors and visitors to the mine.

My Role as a Safety Coordinator here at Cameby Downs is to ensure overall safety of all personnel working on site, to ensure the SHMS systems are adequate and efficient , and full compliance is followed.
