Automation and Test Engineer with experience in testing, project engineering and design in the manufacturing industry.Spent my most recent position writing and reviewing development specifications for new networking products, Then, taking those specs to design and build lab simulations of real world systems that mimic real world conditions. Also, implement automated testing of those systems, including defining and implementing success/failure criteria for the testing. Day-to-Day duties also included isolating, re-creating, and characterizing anomalous behaviors that inevitably would occur, and interfacing with a multi-national team to find root cause, resolution, and re-testing.Prior to my testing, I spent time teaching other engineers, both seasoned and new-hires, how tu use all Rockwell Automation products, but specializing in PowerFlex Drives.In my first Engineering job, I spent almost 17 years in the real world of project engineering in PulpPaper, Steel, Mining, Marine, and Material Handling industries. My duties were from concept and proposal, including parts specification, PLC and HMI design and implementation, and final installation and start-up. Used multiple vendors of automation products.
