Knight Global International (A1200192 - B1200202) conducts investigations into claims, as directed, using sound investigative techniques in compliance with all federal, state and local laws pertaining to investigations and fair claims handling practices. Investigations may involve vehicle or public carrier travel, field interview, use of photographic and / or sound recording devices and other trade instruments. Knight Global International reports findings of investigations to the Claims Investigation Manager or Branch Claims Manager as directed and prepare accurate, timely and consistent reports of all investigative activities that we conduct. Knight Global International maintains careful control of evidence retrieved in the course of investigations. We coordinate and direct the activities of our private investigators, ensuring timely, cost effective results and reports. Each of our private investigator billings is reviewed for accuracy and to assure that all work billed was satisfactorily performed to our high standards. We recruit, train (in addition to the state requirements) and provide orientation of private investigators that work with our agency to insure that all reports are consistent with the work expectations. Knight Global International realizes that working in the workers compensation fraud field requires specialized training and focuses continuous training of our investigators. Employees of Knight Global International are counseled in fraud recognition, investigation and resistance. Our administration review and evaluate claims procedures for effectiveness in the avoidance, identification and resistance of fraudulent claims, and reports deficiencies to the Claims Investigation Manager. We realizes that in order to be successful there must be an outstanding company liaison with law enforcement and other entities, as directed, on matters related to claims fraud and fraud reporting requirements.
