He helped successfully complete LCI’s sale to Qwest Communications in 1998, where he was a member of the Qwest Executive Team responsible for Wholesale Switched Services. He was recruited as COO to ITXC Corp. - a VC-funded start-up - where during his 2 years at ITXC, the company grew into the largest global network for VoIP (790 Points of Presence in 390 cities and 148 countries) with annualized revenues $144 million, and a successful IPO and Secondary which raised in excess of $400 million. Later, he was the CEO and Co-Founder of Trapeze Communications –a distribution and marketing company focusing on the sale of VoIP to consumers – with over 17,000 subscribers.
