Responsible for Estimating systems including time synthetics for all disciplines. Reviewed all contractual/commercial terms for projects >£100k. Senior reviewer for new product development (Fire Alarm Products). Represented the Company on Trade Association committees for Installation and Servicing. Represented the FA Trade on the BSI. Represented the BSI and Trade on the mirror EN 54 and ISO standards.Also led Bid Teams for major projects such as Channel Tunnel, Canary Wharf and the Installation and Maintenance of advanced Fire Detection in every British Telecommunications PLC revenue generation buildings including 5000+ telephone exchanges. This last contract has been successfully contracted over 15 years and for the first 8 years I was the Team Leader.

Site-based on major projects (projects with a duration >1 year). Last project was Manager of all building services at News International Wapping, London. Project duration 2 years. Responsible for pricing, project management, management reports and installation standard for all Mechanical and Electrical disciplines.

Based in Miami FL with site visits to Cape Canaveral whilst working on floodlighting for Apollo 5. Responsible for materials take-off, equipment delivery and labour scheduling.
