Communicated and analyzed to multiple project managers, and client representatives on a weekly basis of the financial status of their project reports. Daily supervision of two junior accountants, which included preparation of monthly AIA requisition's, daily processing of construction expenses, and daily reconciling between job cost and general ledger accounting reports. Provided monthly financial project status reports for the Director of Finance, Project Executive, CFO and CEO.

Responsibilities included reviewing, budgeting and internal auditing of monthly, quarterly, and year end account reconciliation's. Prepared expense budgets for all existing Toys "R" Us and Kids "R" Us locations, including forecasting budgets for all future store locations.
