Oversee monthly forecast and reviewed for potential gains and risks. Supervised accounting team on the NJ Superstorm Sandy Rehabilitation Program. Mgr. in organizing, implementing, and training of new procedures and policies within the accounting department. Direct supervision of five project accountants of their daily activities. Lead Proj-X (job cost reporting system) instructor for Skanska USA's New York branch office. Implemented training to the project management and accounting departments of the Proj-X system.

Responsibilities included daily maintenance of the job cost system (Proj-X) for approximately twenty-five Hoffman LaRoche, Inc., pre-construction and construction projects. Communicated and analyzed to multiple project managers, and client representatives on a weekly basis of the financial status of their project reports. Daily supervision of two junior accountants, which included preparation of monthly AIA requisition's, daily processing of construction expenses, and daily reconciling between job cost and general ledger accounting reports. Provided monthly financial project status reports for the Director of Finance, Project Executive, CFO and CEO.

Responsibilities included reviewing, budgeting and internal auditing of monthly, quarterly, and year end account reconciliation's. Prepared expense budgets for all existing Toys "R" Us and Kids "R" Us locations, including forecasting budgets for all future store locations. Communicating daily with executives and staff of our Management Company's, Landlords, and Tenants. Reviewing, coding, and tracking all new construction and store remodeling cost. Performed outside audits of landlord and management company's common area maintenance charges.

Reconciled construction accounts to prepare monthly financial statements for upper management. Maintained and prepared AIA construction billings for each individual job owner. Prepared monthly Cash Projection reports of construction jobs directly for the CEO and Senior Vice President of Construction.

Responsibilities entailed ensuring costs were within job budget using job cost reporting. Coordinate with job superintendents and engineers weekly to confirm proper billing in accordance with job progress. Invoicing customers for labor and material provided.
