Fulfilled the needs of biology professors for their in-class labs to run smoothly. This entailed working an autoclave, cell culturing, monitoring stock and using proper laboratory techniques. Additionally, I created nutrient agar plates, nutrient broths, various bacteria stock plates, MSA plates, EMB plates, SBA plates and other culture medium. Properly sterilized and disposed of biomaterials after the labs ended. All work was done independently.
