I began with the Austin Regional Clinic working on the Data Entry side by entering insurance payments and adjustments. I have also reviewed insurance contracts by utilizing Experian. I also used Experian to process and appeal insurance refund requests and adjustments. I have recently worked on the customer service side of our company assisting our patients.

I Supervise our event staff ushers on our events including: Football & Basketball games, Track Events and Musical Concerts. I provide evaluations for our staff. I assist our patrons by answering and questions or concerns they may have during an event.

I worked in both the payment applications side by entering insurance payments. I also worked on the insurance appeals side by monitoring the insurance payments and verifying they paid according to our contractual rates. I compiled information for appeal projects, most notably for a United HealthCare appeal project.

I worked as a Personal Care Attendant to our residents who suffered from Alzheimer's Disease. I assisted them with dressing, bathing, meals and provided daily summaries of their activities and demeanor. I also monitored vital signs and distributed medication as directed by our nursing and physician staff.
